The long version of the story is that I’ve known for some time that there was something bigger and more fulfilling to be offering to the world. I loved being a health coach, but found the greatest joy and the biggest impact for my clients when we were able to handle healthy eating quickly and had lots of time to focus on living your very best life with the rest of the program.
I also realized that as women we go through so many transitions in our lives. It starts with graduating from school and embarking on our lives as adults…then very quickly realizing that life is nothing like we thought it was and that thing we spent years studying in school wasn’t the right job for us. We move through marriage, the birth of children, small kids going off to school, big kids going off to university, changes in career paths, retirement, milestone birthdays, loved ones becoming sick or dying, and so much more.
In each of these transitions, there is this sweet spot of opportunity. As you recover from the realization that life as we thought it was going to be is forever changed, you begin to develop a new vision for how your life will be now. Oftentimes you just figure out how to pick up the pieces and move on in the same direction as best you can. The opportunity though is to use this transition time to make sure that all of the parts of your life are now unfolding exactly as you wish them to be.
That you are clear about your purpose, what gives life heart and meaning. That you’re working with that purpose and on the right track to achieve it. That your relationships are supportive of you being who you truly are. That your work is fulfilling and in alignment with what you understand your purpose to be. That you are making the time to take care of and nurture yourself each day so you can bring the very best version of you to everything that you do.
All of this made me realize that what I really wanted to offer women was the gift of being able to spend dedicated time being guided through these transition so that you aren’t just picking up the pieces of yourself and moving on as best you can, but instead being able to grow and thrive as a bigger, better, and more powerful version of yourself.
